Bishop Dr. G. Randolph Gurley
Bishop Gurley is the President and Apostolic Overseer of Harvest International Ministerial Fellowship and world mission organization. The fellowship consists of over 4,000 Pastors in various countries around the world which includes Africa, India, Latin America, Pakistan, Southeast Asia and the United States. Bishop Gurley and his
wife Dr. Manon Gurley have an anointed cross-cultural ministry that brings a word of truth, healing, and deliverance. They have a heart
for Gods people, as well as those who need to find and know God. They pastor The Tabernacle Church: City of Refuge, a multi-cultural Church
on the outskirts of Washington, D.C., along with the surrounding community, ministering with great compassion and commitment. Bishop Gurley is Chairman of the Board of Regents for Vision
International University. Vision has over 130 campuses in the United States and in 150 foreign nations. His family includes his wife, Manon, three children and four grandchildren. Bishop Gurley has authored three books, Light Not White: Racism and the Church; My Brothers Keeper: World and Urban Evangelism, and The Ninth Man (a
dynamic novel on the life and healing of a leper in Bible days). Bishop Gurley is a powerful preacher and anointed conference speaker.
He and his wife continue to travel around the world raising up churches and holding missionary crusades. |

Don Marchant
Our organization called Equipped to Go Ministries gives seminars in the Third World to motivate and train nationals to become missionaries to the unreached. Dr. Barry Chant
As a member of a pastoral team ministry in Australia years ago, Barry Chant answererd God’s c all to help set up multi-denominational charismatic teaching ministries in not only his own nation, but other nations as well.

Dr. Dee Klaus
Dr. Dee Klaus is the Dean of Women’s Studies at Vision International College & University. She received her Masters Degree in Christian Counseling at Crenshaw Christian College and her Doctorate in Religious Philosophy at Logos Graduate College. She and her husband, Dr. Tal Klaus, are the co-founders of Innovator Ministries, a Christian Growth & Development ministry designed to teach, train, and disciple the body of Christ. |

Dr. Doug Jarrard
Dr. Doug Jarrard is the National Executive Director of the American Society of Christian Therapists. A.S.C.T. is recognized as one of the nations leading private certification organizations. A.S.C.T. is a society that specializes in testing degreed Christian counselors for national certification through a national board exam and strict compliance to a widely accept National Code of Ethics. He also serves on the board of advisors for various Bible colleges throughout the U.S. He is married and resides with his wife Julie and two children, Janelle and Kristin in Snellville GA.
Dr. Jarrard holds a Bachelors Degree in Theology, and a Masters Degree in Pastoral Counseling. He received his Doctorate of Ministry in Theological Studies from Vision International University and his Ph.D. in Christian Counseling from the University of Christian Studies & Seminary.
As a Professional Counselor, Minister and Educator, Dr. Jarrard is actively establishing ministry programs throughout the United States via his personal teaching ministry. He has also conducted seminars all over the world. Along with ministering on healing the sick, he is also considered one of the leading experts in the field of identifying and dealing with cult organizations, occult activity, demonic activity and exposing the Jezebel spirit that is currently attacking Churches and ministries in many parts of the world.

Dr. Iris Delgado
Dr. Iris Delgado has dedicated her life to the ministry of family restoration. Together with her husband, Dr. John Delgado, they travel in the United States, Latin and South America, Mexico, Canada, Australia and Africa, teaching the message of hope. During the past 25 years they have ministered to thousands of souls and have seen God transform many lives. To God be the Glory!
Iris received her Doctoral degree in Christian Counseling from Vision International University. She worked for several years as director of the women’s ministry in Calvary Temple of Irving, Texas. Today she works together with her husband and their two daughters in West Palm Beach, Florida, as Dean of Vision International University of Florida, preparing leaders and laymen for the work of the Kingdom of God.
Iris Delgado is the mother of two daughters, Kristine and Kathy, and two wonderful grandsons, Daniel and Gabriel. She is co-author together with her husband of two books, Authority to Destroy the Works of the Enemy, and Prayer Training Manual. The Delgado’s have been married for 36 years and reside in Florida.

Dr. Bohac has been a pastor with a major denomination for over 44 years. During that time he taught in the public school system, ministered as a Christian counselor and served as full professor of Human Behavior at Trinity College. He was graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree. He received his Master of Arts degree from San Diego State University, and earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree at United States International University in San Diego, California. Dr. Ken D. Chant
Dr. Ken Chant is an Australian born pastor who resides and ministers in Sydney, Australia. He has had 30 years experience in local church work, several years in itinerant ministry, and has pioneered eight new churches. Dr. Ron Bernier

Dr. Tim Dailey
Dr. Tim Dailey is the Vice President of International Campuses and World Missions for Vision International College and University. He has served in full-time ministry for the last thirty years as a pastor, church planter, and educator. Dr. Dailey is an active Kingdom builder reaching the lost, equipping the saints, and sending men and women into the world to fulfill the Great Commission. Tim has a world vision and a heart for the people of every nation. He has traveled to many parts of the world where he encourages national leadership and ministers with the unchanging truths of God’s Word. Tim has been married to his best fried and sweetheart, Laurie, for over thirty years. They are the proud parents of six sons, three beautiful daughters-in-law, and grandparents to four precious grandchildren. Eugene Smith
Since his teen years, Eugene has devotedly accepted the admonition of the Apostle Paul in 2 Timothy 2:15, “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth.” He is a fulltime itinerant teacher, traveling throughout North America and the British Isles. He also spends considerable time teaching in mission fields throughout Africa, Haiti, and other parts of the world. |

F. Earle Fox
Earle Fox, president of Emmaus Ministries and author of the books, articles, and cassette tapes produced by Emmaus Ministries, is an Episcopal priest who received his doctorate on the relation between theology and science from Oxford University in 1964. He completed a year of clinical pastoral education in two mental hospitals, a prison, and a general hospital. He taught for three years in the religion department at Trininty College, Hartford, including courses on psychology and religion. For ten years Fox pastured St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in East Haddam, Connecticut. For two years he was chaplain and counselor at Becket Academy in East Haddam, a school ministering to troubled youth.
Fox was director of Transformation Christian Ministries for two and a half years in the Washington, D.C. metro area, an Exodus affiliate assisting persons out of the homosexual lifestyle. In May of 2001, he returned to Emmaus to produce a seminar for teaching churches how to handle the sexuality issues of our time, combining his experiences of healing same-sex attraction with the resources of Christian apologetics to help churches reach out to homosexual strugglers and confront the homosexual agenda.
Emmaus has published Homosexuality: Good & Right in the Eyes of God? The Wedding of Compassion to Truth and Reason to Revelation, an analysis of how America was sexualized, with a comprehensive, Biblical, and scientifically credible strategy to win the battle for sexual sanity.

Rev. Denis Plant M.Th. has enjoyed a teaching ministry for over 25 years teaching in churches and bible colleges, establishing churches, and local church bible colleges in Australia, one of which became the denominational Bible College for the Foursquare Churches in Australia. Denis served as a missionary in Papua New Guinea at Lighthouse Bible College with the Foursquare Churches at Madang, Papua New Guinea. |

Victoria (Vicki) Harr is a wife, mother, and grandmother who has taught the Bible for over 30 years with a particular passion for all the gifts of the Holy Spirit. She has served on support staff with shiloh Youth Revival Centers, Frankly Schaeffer V (Whatever Happened to the Human Race?), World Wide Pictures (Joni), and the Salvation Army. She and her husband reside in San Diego, California, and are active members in New Hope Church where she currently teaches on spiritual gifts. |
